Coastal Rehabilitation Field Day

November 20, 2014

The Landcare Coastal Rehabilitation Field Day at North Keppel Island on Sunday 9th November 2014 was the perfect place to use the knowledge & skills gained over a year of practical workshops on improving our coastal environment. Thirty people participated in activities such as weeding, planting, mulching, pruning, erosion control, local cultural information and a guided walk through the significant natural assets of North Keppel Island.

Thank-you to host & Principal of North Keppel Island Environmental Education Centre, Roger Searl and to funding from the Australian Government that helped make this day a success.
